the staff quickly addressed my request for extra towels. the room had convenient outlets near the bed, very useful. i easily found the entrance with clear signage. the provided toiletries were good quality and replenished daily.
the soundproofing wasn't ideal, i could hear some street noise at times though it wasn't too disturbing!

i found the location perfect near shops and restaurants the room included an iron hairdryer kettle and tea and coffee the breakfast at the sister hotel had a lovely choice and the food was delicious i especially liked the fresh pastries. staff was always pleasant and professional they provided quick help.
i found the family room backed onto a nightclub it was quite loud until late i also found the room very warm without air conditioning only a small fan was there it was very noisy.

the Room temperature was impossible to adjust. it was either too hot or too cold, and the front desk Did not answer my calls when i tried to get help. the noise from nearby bars made it difficult to sleep at night.

faulty thermometerbroken door handle
The lack of on-site reception was inconvenient , as check-in required visiting another building. My room had a faulty thermometer for heating , I couldn't adjust the temperature. I attempted to contact the front desk , but my calls went unanswered. The broken bathroom door handle was also concerning , I felt unsafe.
